Hello & Looking for help!

Hi! Thought I would try here to see if anyone can help me with an issue that has recently popped up on my LG3G. Once I tap in my code there is a blue screen with an ever changing ad that pops up and must be slid to unlock before I can get to my screen. How do I get rid of this ad?
Any help would be greatly appreciated!
