why there are two MAC Addresses in my single Android phone?

First of all I want to ask, is it normal to have two MAC Addresses in a single device?

When I see under Wi-Fi MAC Address it shows
66:7c:ef:20:d9:53

when I see under Portable Wi-Fi hotspot it shows
6b:7c:ef:20:d9:53

why there are two addresses?and what does it mean? look at the difference, there is only one character difference between two addresses( 66 and 6b) in the first column. please note that when I connect to other device with portable Wi-Fi hotspot it runs well but when I connect...
