Launchers

Curious as to what Launchers others rate. I am using TFS Shell on an HTC One and love the transitions / 3D effects .

Also, being new to Android, I'd appreciate suggestions as to what to put on different pages . I've currently got a separate page for my weather / music / note apps but would like more ideas .
