Hi guys, today i decide to backup my files from my HTC One M8 and do a factory reset, but when i connect the phone to the computer ( i try windows and mac and the result is the same ), i can't access to folders like WhatsApp, DCIM and many other but i see only a few part of real files that i have in it...I need to backup all photos/videos to my pc, but I cant access to the most important folders.
