D855, need to get IMEI restored

I unrooted back to stock after a boot loop problem (trying it to see if it fixed the problem), turned out all I needed was a new battery. Anyway, I upgraded to 6.0 since my phone wouldn't let me do it, and now, my IMEI is "null" and it says "service disabled" on the front screen. I have seen a video and it doesn't work at all for me. My QPST doesn't recognize my phone at all and won't show up on there.. Is there any other way or am I totally screwed? Thank you!
