Pop up virus ads

Hi there.

When browsing the internet i keep being redirected to websites/ads like the picture i have included. It also makes my phone vibrate constantly whilst being displayed.

I have used avast and samsung device security to scan my phone which both say I have no viruses/malware & also performed a reset of my phone to no avail.

Is this just an ad on the websites i am browsing?

Would really appreciate any of your help & advice.
