AT&T or T-mobile

Hi everyone, I'm new. I was recently given a Samsung Galaxy s4 to replace my old phone, but since its originally from AT&T and I unlocked it so it runs on T-mobile but now updates aren't working and it's stuck on Android 4.4.4. I'm thinking of loading cyanogenmod but I don't know which version to install. Any ideas?
