Kindly Resolve My Problem

Hello everyone..
M using one plus2 since the day it was launched.
Recently I got a notification to update my phone.
I have updated it the newly launched oxygen OS i.e 3.0.2 Android 6.0.1.
From that day m facing a problem ,my phone ringer is not working if any one calls me it will go on silent mode.Rest message notification is coming with sound.
I tried to resolve by factory data reset,then it works fine bt when in case my fon get switch off or reboot then again m facing from that problem.
