LG V10 Slow To Charge

I recently got my LG V10, and it's extremely slow to charge. I started charging it around maybe 5 or 6 o'clock and it's now 10 and it's only a 70%. I know it's supposed to have fast charging, but it doesn't seem to be working at all. I am using the stock charger that came with the device; I just have no clue what's happening. Is this a known issue and are there any fixes for it?
