Lost Call Audio using Smartphone

I have had 2 (Chinese) android smartphones that I purchased on Amazon. The reason why I purchased them was to bluetooth them with my android cell phone so I could make and receive calls. I have a Moto G Rev 2 cell phone that works well with the smartwarch for making/receiving phone calls, but then out of the blue the person on the other end of the call can not hear my words. I remedied this once by doing a factory reset on the Moto phone, but now after 3 weeks the problem is happening...
