Factory reset protection help

Hi all I could do with some help. So a while ago I gave my old phone to my wife. I factory reset but for about the protection. Anyway I then could not get the phone to forget my account and it keeps asking for it on initial setup. At that point I just gave up and entered my account and added hers. Up until now it's not been an issue.

However it seems the device still shows my account to some.
