Lock screen time out not working with fingerprint scanner

Hi all, can anyone let me know if they do or don't get the same issue. I have just got a new Note 4 Duo (SM-N9100), which I'm very happy with but have one little niggle with it, just trying to figure if it's an app I've installed causing a problem or bug in the works. If I set the screen lock to swipe, Pattern, Pin or password it all works fine, lock screen times out after 1 min which I presume is the same as set in display settings.
