Making and receiving calls via blue tooth with a Kitkat based smartwatch

I have been trying to figure out how to this for a few days now, however without any success:

I have already paired my Doogee Valencia Y100 pro (Android 5.1, BT 4.0) with my Ordro SW18 smartwatch (Android 4.4, BT 3.0) and I have internet connection on my watch via BT sharing (the watch also supports WI-FI) but I haven't been able to push calls, SMS etc. from the phone to the watch.
