Sam s6 cannot see windows7 doc.s/files

See thread title.

W7 not online & I have no wifi service.

My aim is to be able to download shipping labels (from Amazon, etc.) onto s6, transfer them to hp lazerjet 1200 via w7 desktop.

When connect sam s6 to w7 dtop (desktop) with usb cable I get no notification on s6 and it sees not my w7 (or I do not know where to look); and w7 cannot see s6.

Have Bluetooth usb dongle on w7 dtop. With bluetooth turned on, cannot see all w7 doc.s/files.

Have usb wifi dongle on dtop, too. Tried s6...
