Honor 5C vs Huawei P9 Lite: is 1 more GB of RAM worth extra 70€?

Hi there!

Title basically says it all.
I may be missing something, but the only difference seems to be RAM, with one more GB for the P9 Lite. But is it really worth the extra 70€ ? I can find the 5C for about 200€, and the P9 Lite for 270€ (after rebate, 300€ otherwise).
I know there are other differences, like NFC, USB OTG, etc, but these aren't really important to me.
