Destroyed Galaxy Tab 3 (sprint) data recovery

I am new to this forum and am looking for a lifeline for a friend of mine. Her home was broken into and her tablet was taken. The perps found out the tablet was locked and in turn smashed it on the sidewalk. Needless to say its destroyed. I cannot even connect to it to get the data. The reason this is so important is that her daughter that had passed was on pictures and video with no backup.

I did some surgery to see the damage and they smashed it so hard that chips and resistors...
