Whatsapp Error message while uploading or forwarding video

I am not able to upload or forward any videos on whatsapp from yesterday (samsung s7 edge) .. i think after accepting the revised policy.
It gives an error message
"failed to process video.please try again later. If you keep seeing this message please restart your phone ".
I tried by restarting phone.. by un checking the share to Facebook option.. by de activating whatsapp and activating again... but nothing works..
Its the same on my second smartphone as well (samsung s6).

Any idea how...
