Galaxy Tab A 7" (SM-T280) questions

So I just ordered a new Tab A 7" to replace my aging Tab 3 lite and I'm having a hard time finding a few details about the tablet.

1: when they say supports up to 200Gb microSD are they talking about 256Gb? seems like an odd number to list

2: I saw on a few sites that the Tab A is on the list for android 6.0 but all of them don't state the models. Does this upgrade to 6.0 extend to the SM-T280?

3: This is going to be my newest android device I own and so I never used 6.0 let alone 5.1. Is...
