ACTIVE Dual Sim in Canada

I am currently an iOS user and want to switch to Android. I am looking for an ACTIVE Dual Sim (not dual stand-by) smartphone with a dedicated SD card slot. Preferably water/dust resistant. I've searched high and low. Anyone have any suggestions? I am located in Canada so it would have to be compatible with all major Canadian carriers.
