HUAWEI P8 Lite Touch Screen

MY HUAWEI P8 Lite bottom of the screen isnt reponding to touch, because of that I tried to reset my phone now im stuck in the middle of the process when I need to choose the languange and I cant press 'Next'. Also my android is locked and I dont know how to unlock. any help please (USB Debugging is off)
