Question regarding giveaways.

In the terms and conditions for giveaways it is written that multiple entries from single person are not allowed. I'm a college student and all the computers, WiFi-hotspots in my university are seen as a single connection by outside servers. (I cannot vote for best phone because it says that thi IP has already been used, We cannot book tickets or open accounts on websites that have access linked to IP).
