Newbie Question re: copying mp3 files from laptop,

Hello,

I am new to Android and just got the Galaxy Note 7 after having an iPhone 4s for several years. I'm loving the Note 7 but the one thing I miss a lot is the ease of iTunes and downloading ringtones. I have no idea how to copy my mp3 files to my Note 7 to create ringtones. If someone could give me step by step instructions on how to copy mp3 files I would greatly appreciate it. I really wish there was a Galaxy Note 7 for Dummies book LOL
