Oukitel K10000 issues (Update tool mainly)

Hi

I am posting here as I have googled and cannot find the answer. I want to update my Oukitel K10000 to the Marshmallow firmware. It would be nice and easy if the wireless update tool app worked - but it doesn't - the download always fails or I get an 'Unzip Error'

I then thought I could do it via my PC - again a non-starter as the flash tool here has been removed from its download link (unable to post link)

I've tried contacting Oukitel - via Facebook, Twitter, Email, the app itself -...
