Help with error message

Wondering if anyone else has encounter this error message and/or what I need to do to resolve it. It just started last night and seems to only pop up when I plug my phone in to charge. Once I click OK it keeps popping up like every 5 seconds disallowing me to do anything else on the phone while it remains on my screen.
