Help - Game wont load after google account has changed message

Hello,

I am playing CSR Racing 2 on android, galaxy s6 and with a emulator on PC, but the game now wont load after sign in with google play games, gives me a message that my account has changed and then keeps loading forever and finally the game starts as new, as i never played the game. I didnt changed my password or nothing else. Suportt of the game tells me that everything is fine on their part. Can someone please help me?
