What cheap phone should I buy - that will serve me long?

So I have been looking for a android phone to buy and so far came across these 3:

• InFocus M560 / V5 / M808i
  
• xiomi redmi3
  
• homtom ht3 pro

I saw that these phones are lets say cheap - I could afford them but I have only used Sony in the past so I don't know how reliable are these phones, what is the quality of them. Sony phones are kinda expensive for me since there are these companies that offer much better phone performance for less money....
