Washed phone...but it vibrates and the torch still works?

I'm not the smartest individual, an unfortunately yesterday I accidentally threw my phone in with my laundry.
I changed the dial to quick spin, it was in there about 30mins...

So when it was done, I took out the sim and battery, and put the soggy body of my Samsung in a tray of rice to dry.
~24 hours later, I retrieve it and try turning it on. The screen stayed off, although the Samsung icon glow very dimly in the background.
It vibrates slightly if I hold the power button, not much else....

Washed phone...but it vibrates and the torch still works?
