Note Edge Problem

I am in desperate need!!!!! I have tried all resets and my phone will not complete the process. It begins the process of "android is upgrading". The process is supposed to be "optimizing app". Of the 20 steps, the farthest my phone has gotten is to 15 of the 20. It then shuts down and goes back to beginning of the phone being turned on and repeats iteslf nonstop. The phone is SUPER hot.
