What do you consider "high" battery consumption for apps?

For example, some live wallpapers (and other apps) might consume a significant amount of battery juice (according to "Settings/Battery"). Just wondering what would you consider a "high" amount of battery use?

I have a live wallpaper that I absolutely LOVE but it consumes roughly 10-14%. Those numbers don't seem like much but I'm debating on uninstalling it... What do you think?
