Weird Note 7 Email Issues

l got my new Note 7 the other day and so far, other than a few wifi drops, its been great! However, I did notice at of last night l that email coming from a trusted source, my mother of all people, is showing up as an 'unknown' email address. Has anyone seen his issue and maybe knowd how to solve it? (Image attached) View attachment 3899
