Video editing

Using a Samsung Tablet S2 is there a way of editing or erasing the middle part of a video and then joining the beginning and end together again. The many video editing downloads on Google Play which I have tried will only allow erasing the beginning or the end by sliding a line from either end to a point and then exporting. But I can't find one that will do the middle part.
