V10 won't allow me to unlock hidden photos

I hid some photos in my gallery. I tried to unlock them and it will not allow me to. I tried my password multiple times with no luck. It now says that I've put the wrong password in too many times and it says to reset it by logging into my Google account. When I try to login from there it's telling me my password doesn't match. I know it's the right password because that's how I login to my email everyday. Can someone please help me here? Thanks.
