To few system languages on S7

Title pretty much explains it, my sister bought a verizon version of the S7 abroad and when she wants to switch the language it doesnt have the desired system language (Swedish) so she is exceptional(?) At English but she does want Swedish because we live there and it would be so much easier with it.
Were pretty much open for every way and it kinda seems like she will have to switch anyways because of the adapter. But still wants to know how to fix it. Rooting it is last option, thanks
