Simcity Build It: keeps telling me "download complete"

Ever since the marshmallow update this game will constantly notify me that the games' download is complete. I've also noticed when chooking a disaster or opening up boxes after a video, the images seem too close or art properly formated. Anybody else experience this? Solutions?
