Onedrive taking up alot of Data

Hi,

Anyone know why Onedrive is taking up a lot of data on my device? Over 7 gigs by the storage calculations. I can press Force Stop and then 'Clear Data' but I am wondering what the consequence is. I don't have offline viewing enabled either...
