Note 7 LTE Bands

In looking at the specs of the Note 7 on each carrier, it appears as if the carrier wants me to think that the only LTE bands that exist on the phone are for the specific carrier. For example, the verizon Note 7 does not list bands 12 or 17. I'm pretty sure that the AT&T phone does not list bands 13 or 12.

Would someone please let me know if Samsung has included all the LTE bands for the 3/4 major carriers and the carriers are choosing to obfuscate the fact that in the future any carriers...
