Note 5 WiFi Problems

I have been using my Note 5 for about 1 week. However, I am experiencing problems with the wifi. It works fine at home and on other public wifi's. However, at my office, even though I am signed into the wifi, and it shows full bars, I cannot open any webpages etc. I was in contact with Samsung tech support who remoted into my phone, reset the apps, changed the wifi settings, started in safe mode, etc... but no improvement. At this point they state that I need to do a master reset back to...
