No more pre or in-built encryption?

I have bought myself a new Samsung Galaxy Note 7 after using iPhone for 8 years. I remember from my previous experiences of trying out Galaxy S7, in order to encrypt the device i need to go to setting then click on "encryption" tab. But, on Galaxy Note 7, I went to settling, but I am no longer seeing "encryption" tab anymore, but "Secure Startup".

I looked at the manual book and it stated that my phone will decrypted when I input the right pin code ONLY when I turn on the device from shut...
