Moto Z links in emails

Hello,

I just got the new Moto Z as a work phone with Exchange set up for email. However nothing happens when i click on a web link from email. It highlights for a second and just does nothing. I even downloaded dolphin browser to see if Google was the issue. even when i long hold a link nothing happens.
I have had several Moto X, even the Nexus 6 set up with exchange and never had a problem before. Also being the company Sys Admin i know nothing has changed within exchange.
