Lg g5 power supply icon always on

Hey guys yesterday well i was at work i went to check my phone on break and when i picked it up it showed the power supply icon but it was not plugged in. I have rest my phone normally and manufacture reset it to still shows it. Can anyone help me please. What do i do to make it go away.
