Help Needed with lutu virus Huawei Y336-U02

Hi all, can anyone help me with the lutu virus that my co-worker had on his phone.

Already tried hard reset and disable all suspecious app on his phone. Have tried downloading rom and apply update from external storage but always having an error of "footer is wrong and signature verification failed."

Hope someone would help me with this one. Thanks!!!
