Can´t download certain apps from play store with wifi

Hi there, since a few days ago I can´t download certain apps from the play store while being connected to my home Wifi (I can download them using 3G but I don´t have a big data plan).
For example I can download Facebook app but Instagram gets stuck in downloading forever.
This issue happens for any phone connected to my home network, tried:

Nexus 5x - Android 7.0 and 6.0.1
Nexus 4 - Android 5.1
Moto X Style - Android 6.0.1

Also tried:
Clearing cache and data of every related app (google...
