stuck on moto e setup wizard :(

i am stuck on the moto e setup wizard, i put in my information as to a google account previously synced, get thru all the questions, back to start of wizard, been on phone for three days with motorola, google and verizon t no avail. anything u would know to do other that a hard reset back to factory mode, wiping all data and cache?
