to install play store

Hi
I recently joined with this group. I have a problem with my samsung galaxy 9.7 t 555c tab. I can not install google play store. Even I followed the method metioned in this web site, it will give a error message saying Error retrieving information from server. If anybody who can find a solution for this problem and guid me to correct it, it would be a great help for me.
