Moto E 2 gen Google problems

I have a moto E 2 gen running 5.1 android. My phone was working fine using all of the Google aps including OK Google. I recently updated some Google programs (not sure which ones) and now my phone only works with wifi. Also, the Mobile Networks under SYSTEM is gone. If I shut off WIFI and try to access the internet I get "No Network Available". I've tried rebooting and reinstall SIM card with no effect. Any ideas?
