Windows software to backup Samsung Phone to Computer

Is there a windows software to backup the Contacts and Text messages from the Samsung Galaxy S7 phone to the computer? And should be able to restore the Contacts and Text messages to a different Samsung phone. The text messages are from Android's Messages (not 3rd party text messages such as WhatsApp).
