Galaxy Grand Prime might be water damaged?

Few days ago when i took my phone out of the tent i was shocked, because the screen looked wired for me. before i'm trying to get the phone itself into the warranty, i want to ask you guys, what exactly happened to my phone... and soory for my English.. :/
