Rooting AT&T HTC One M9

I tried to root my phone using the thread
How to root the HTC One M9 (5.0.2)(Windows)
The difference is that I have the Android 6.0. I followed the directions and when I reboot the phone it got stuck in bootloop. I tried with different Super Su versions and it still stuck in the bootloop. Don't know what to do next. I am using the TWRP 3.0.
