recovery files from sdcard

Hello i lost my files on my sdcard, i dont know how, but i want a program or app to recovery my music-videos-images! I cant put sdcard on pc, only i can connect phone with pc and then if program find my sdcard, but many programms doesnt find my sdcard.. help please
