PLEASE HELP! App not moving to sd card but I KNOW it CAN!

I had to uninstall and reinstall an app. This app has ALWAYS been available to move to sd card, as I had it there previously. When I reinstalled it, it IS still showing up in my settings/app manager/sd card, so I know it's still available to move to sd (otherwise it wouldn't even show up in sd tab in app manger), but it's UNchecked. And when I check/tick it and click "move to sd card" I keep getting an error message that says "unable to move app." I tried restarting my device. Still won't...
